Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our sites, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver advertising.
Categories we use:
Strictly necessary. Required for checkout, login, and security.
Analytics. Help us understand how visitors find and use our pages.
Advertising and remarketing. Allow us to show you relevant ads on other platforms and measure whether an ad led to a registration or purchase.
Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies, though some features of our sites may not function properly if you do. You can also opt out of interest based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
We use the Meta Pixel and may use server side conversion tools to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences. This means Meta may receive information about your visits to our pages and your registrations or purchases. You can manage your Meta ad settings and off platform activity in your Meta account settings.
Our sites do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for the purposes of opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by third party payment processors. We do not collect or store full credit card or bank account numbers on our systems. Your card information is transmitted directly to the processor and is subject to that processor's privacy policy and security standards. We receive only the information needed to confirm and manage your order.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share information with the following categories of recipients:
Platform and service providers that operate our business, including our CRM and funnel platform, email and SMS delivery services, video hosting providers, payment processors, course and community hosting platforms, scheduling tools, analytics providers, and cloud storage providers. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
Advertising platforms, including Meta and Google, for measurement, audience building, and remarketing. Under some state privacy laws this activity may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information for targeted advertising purposes. You may opt out as described in Section 8.
Affiliates and joint venture partners, only when you register through a shared campaign and only for the specific purpose of that campaign.
Professional advisors, such as attorneys and accountants, when necessary.
Legal and safety recipients. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, to protect our rights or property, to enforce our agreements, to investigate fraud, or to protect the safety of any person.
A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We will notify you if your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
We do not rent, lease, or sell our customer or subscriber lists.

Request a copy of that information in a portable format
Correct inaccurate personal information

Opt out of targeted advertising, and of the sale or sharing of personal information
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Appeal a denial of a request, where applicable
Email us at the address in Section 19 with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you are requesting. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming information already in our records, before acting on a request. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally 45 days, and may extend that period where permitted. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Our services are directed to and operated from the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that already occurred. If you submit information to us, you understand it will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes:

Course and community access records. Retained for the duration of your access plus a reasonable period afterward.
Website and analytics data. Retained in aggregated or de identified form, or deleted according to the retention settings of the relevant platform.
Even after a deletion request, we may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, to prevent fraud, or to enforce our agreements.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit using SSL or TLS, access controls, and vendors who maintain their own security standards. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. You acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet that are beyond our control, and that we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or from our sites.
Protect your own account by using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials. Paid program materials are licensed to you individually and may not be shared.
Testimonials, Results, and Content You Share
If you provide a testimonial, review, success story, or appear in a recorded session, we may publish it on our website, in advertising, on social media, and in our programs, along with your first name, last initial, business name, city, photograph, or video, as applicable. You may request removal of a testimonial at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it from materials within our control going forward.
Content posted inside our community areas may be visible to other participants. Do not post information you are not comfortable sharing with the group. We are not responsible for how other participants use information you choose to disclose.
Results shared by us or by clients are individual experiences and are not a guarantee of any outcome.
Recorded Sessions
Live webinars, group calls, and coaching sessions may be recorded and used for replays, training materials, and marketing. If you join by video or ask a question by audio or chat, you may appear in the recording. If you do not wish to appear, keep your camera off and submit questions privately.
Third Party Sites and Links
Our sites, emails, and program materials may link to third party websites, tools, or products, including some we have an affiliate relationship with and may earn a commission from. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third party site before providing your information.

Our sites, products, and services are intended for adults operating or starting a business and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and where required by state law, we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 without the required consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
